AG by Anoesjcka Gianotti was launched in 2014, following the success of the bespoke shirt brand, AG Bespoke Couture. Working in frenetic cities like London, New York and LA, Anoesjcka realised that quality business and travel bags were a necessity for the modern working woman. AGbyAG started with the Briefcase Tote in various colours, which today is their signature bag. The entire range is designed in London, and crafted by the finest artisans in Italy.
Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards.
For extra security, you will be redirected to an external gateway, such as SagePay or PayPal.
We don’t store customers’ card details, and all other information will be fully encrypted.
Your payment will be safely held by SODS, until you receive the delivery, and are satisfied with your purchase.
You will be charged for delivery at check-out. Please note, you have 2 weeks to return the item for a refund, unless it is a bespoke item or was tailor-made.
We pay our designers after 15 days, and once they have been paid, we cannot refund your purchase. If after the 14 day period, you have an issue with your purchase, it becomes your responsibility to take the matter up with the Designer.
This should take place via the Resolution Centre, and will be for exchange only.

Your product will be safely delivered via our trusted courier service. Delivery charges are determined by package dimensions and weight, as well as the location to which it is being delivered.
Once your order has been received by the Designer, it will be processed and shipment arranged through the SODS portal. As the Buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is supplied, and that someone will be present to receive the package at that address.
You will receive a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any queries, you can get in touch with the Designer through the Resolution Centre, which you can access in your account page. Delivery times are dependent on the processing time needed by the designer, and on your location.
We aim to get your item to you as speedily as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events out of our control. Local deliveries should reach you within 7 working days and international deliveries within 15 working days.
Please note, bespoke items have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. The designer will specify whether the item is bespoke in the product description. We cannot deliver to Ukraine and certain areas of China.

Ample time (2 weeks) is allocated for you to exchange, or return your order for any reason at all – even if once it arrives, you decide that you simply don’t like it!
The item should, however, be returned in an unused condition, with all the labels and tags still attached. You can make use of the return labels received with the package, or you can request return labels from the Designer, through the Resolution Centre
. You’re also welcome to use your own return courier, but this is at your own risk.
SODS will be notified by our courier once the designer receives the return, so we can refund you. For this added peace of mind, it is recommended that you use the SODS designated courier. Once the return has been received, and in the absence of objections from the Designer, we will refund the monies minus the return delivery charge. If after the 14 day period, you have an issue with your purchase, it becomes your responsibility to take up the matter with the Designer. This should take place via the Resolution Centre, and will be for exchange only. Designers of bespoke or altered items understandably operate under a no refund policy, which SODS is obliged to honour. Please take extra caution, therefore, when ordering bespoke or tailored items.
